Due to the nature of our food, beverage, and wholesale products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To report an issue, please contact us with your order number, product details, and clear photographs of the issue. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Refunds will only be considered for incorrect items, damaged or defective products, or missing items in the order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, opened or consumed products, perishable goods after delivery, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Food products, beverages, perishable goods, opened or used items, and wholesale bulk orders (unless agreed otherwise in writing) are non-returnable.
