We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and selected European regions. Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
03. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days for UK orders and 5–14 business days for European orders. Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, or public holidays.
04. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order size and weight, and selected shipping method.
05. Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
06. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so we can investigate the issue.
